The Asia Cup

"OH...it's a freak...! It is a freak...! Pakistan put up the Asia Cup from Bangladesh's pocket."

The above few words are describing the victory of Pakistan in Asia Cup 2012.It was a marvelous and a proudly victory. Although Bangladesh worked hard but that was the fortunate day for team Pakistan.

In Asia Cup mostly four test cricket nations like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka and India are participated but sometimes the teams of Hong Kong and UAE have been participated. The history of Asia Cup started since 1984 after the creation of Asian Cricket Council in 1983. It mostly held after two years. Total eleven Asia Cups have been played since 1984 out of which Bangladesh and Srilanka hosted three and four times respectively, one time by Pakistan and India while UAE hosted two times. India has won the title five times, four times by Srilanka while Pakistan got the honor two times.

In 2014's Asia Cup, Afghanistan is taking part first time and the rest other teams are Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Srilanka as usual. Bangladesh is hosting fourth time and Pakistan is the defending champion.

The cricket legends pointed out the different favorites for the title but according to my point of view Lankans seems to be the favorite this time. In spite of all these facts I support my team and my all prayers are for Misbah Eleven.

At the end, I want to write that I wish my review about Srilanka should be wrong in the honor of Pakistani Falcons.
